On concluding a real estate management contract, we offer you monitoring, management services and rental of the real estate:

Our requirements:

  1. General property insurance
  2. Preferably the property should have a security alarm system connected to a security company
  3. The property must be fully furnished and fitted with all necessary items. We require a certain standard of furnishing for a property to be let

Our fees:

  1. When renting out the property on hotel principle there is an annual administrative fee of 120 Euro without VAT, which is paid in advance at the signing of the contract and for each year of managing the property, as well as 25% from the gross monthly rent
  2. Our ongoing management comission is only 10% of monthly rental payments, finders fee - 50% of the first month rent
